Our Puppies 

Our puppies are raised in our home from the day they are born until they come home to yours. Our puppies receive ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) and ESI (Early Scent Introduction) in their first two weeks of life. They are socialized from 2 weeks old with various stimulation and they are socialized with children and other animals in our home. Our parents are health tested through embark and clear for all genetic diseases. Our puppies come with a 3-year health guarantee. Our puppies are AKC registered and are priced based on different characteristics, please visit the pricing page for more information. Their tails will be docked and dew claws removed between 3-5 days old, unless prior arrangements are made. They will be dewormed at 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks to treat intestinal parasites. Our Puppies will be seen by a licensed veterinarian, receive their first round of vaccines and be microchipped with AKC reunite chips before they go to their forever homes!

Puppy Contract Information

Over our years of breeding, we have refined our contracts to ensure the protection for both our families and our puppies. Completing a contract is an essential step in securing your place on our waitlist or reserving a specific puppy. Once your application is approved, you will receive a detailed agreement via DocuSign for your electronic signature. 1. Waitlist Deposit Agreement: This contract is for families placing a deposit to reserve a spot on our waitlist for future litters. 

2. Puppy Contract & Health Guarantee: This contract will be completed once a specific puppy is selected. If you are reserving an available puppy that has already been born, this is the only contract you will complete.

(For families on our waitlist, the Puppy Contract and Health Guarantee will be issued once a puppy matching your preferences is born and officially selected.)​

Deposits

We require a NON-REFUNDABLE* $500 deposit to secure your position on our waitlist or reserve the puppy of your choice. This deposit will be applied directly toward the total purchase price. We currently accept payments via Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Families joining us through Good Dog will submit deposit directly through their secure platform.

• We have two types of Deposits: 

1. Waitlist deposits: These deposits ensure your place in line for our upcoming litters. To officially Reserve your position on our waitlist, a deposit must be received within three days of contract completion. 

2. Puppy Deposits: These deposits secure your chosen puppy until they are ready to join your family. To officially reserve your puppy, payment must be received within 24 hours of contract completion.

(Once a puppy matching your preferences is born and selected, your Waitlist Deposit will be automatically applied toward the Puppy Deposit.)​

*Non-Refundable Deposit Conditions: Deposits are non-refundable unless the Breeder chooses to cancel the contract. If you decide to withdraw before the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age, your deposit may be transferred to a future litter (valid for one calendar year), subject to Breeder approval. Please note that cancellations made after the 6-week mark will result in a forfeited deposit. However, the Breeder reserves the right to review late-stage cancellations on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

Spay/Neuter Agreement (Pet Homes Only)

For all pet-home placements, we require a Spay/Neuter Agreement in addition to our standard Puppy Contract and Health Guarantee. We partner with SpaySecure to formalize these requirements and manage compliance. Your SpaySecure agreement will be sent via email once your completed Puppy Contract and deposit have been received.

Policy Requirements:

• Timeline for Completion: Once you receive the SpaySecure agreement via email, it must be completed within 72 hours. If your puppy is scheduled to go home in less than 72 hours, the agreement must be finalized prior to the scheduled pick-up date.

• Sterilization Deadline: All pet-home puppies must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age.

• Proof of Procedure: Following the procedure, written proof of sterilization from your veterinarian must be uploaded directly to the SpaySecure portal.

Good Dog Families

We truly appreciate the Good Dog platform, as it helps us connect with wonderful families and streamlines the adoption process. To remain in full compliance with their terms of service, all families joining us through Good Dog are required to complete their payments exclusively through the Good Dog platform. Please note that Good Dog charges a service fee for using their secure system; consequently, puppies reserved through their platform include a $250 convenience fee to cover these administrative costs.

Waitlist

We currently maintain a priority waitlist for our upcoming litters. Positions are secured in the order that deposits are received, ensuring our waitlist families have the first opportunity to select a puppy before they are made available to the general public. Please note that we are not able to predict the gender or exact color of unborn puppies. The more flexible you are with gender and color the sooner we will be able to match you with a puppy. ​

 

Nutrition & Wellness

All of our adults and puppies thrive on a natural, holistic pawTree diet. Formulated by veterinarians and veterinary nutritionists, pawTree is made with high-quality, whole ingredients to support optimal growth. Because a puppy's digestive system is highly sensitive, sudden dietary changes can lead to severe issues. To ensure a healthy transition, we require families to maintain their puppy on the pawTree diet until at least one year of age (unless otherwise advised by your veterinarian). Health Guarantee

Long-Term Health Our puppies come with a 3-year health guarantee. We guarantee our puppies will be free from genetic defects and genetic diseases that are known to affect the Miniature Schnauzer breed. You will have 72 hours from pick up to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian or this guarantee will be voided.

• This health guarantee covers the following diseases:​

  • Persistent Mullerian Duct Syndrome

  • Myotonia Congenita

  • Demyelinating Polyneuropathy

Transportation and Delivery

We offer local transportation and delivery options:

• Local Pick-up: To accommodate multiple families on "go-home" day, pick-ups will be held at a designated location near the breeder. We will provide the specific address and schedule as your puppy's departure date approaches.

• Airport Delivery: For families flying in to pick-up their puppy, we are happy to meet you inside the terminal at the check-in area of one of our local airports.

Registration

Our puppies come with AKC LIMITED registration (their offspring cannot be AKC registered) and go to a PET approved home only with a spay or neuter agreement signed. Full AKC registration (Breeding Rights) can be discussed.

 

Puppy Packs

Our puppies will come home with a puppy pack of some basic supplies we like to provide our new puppy owners. These packs include:

• Folder with vet records and other documents for your puppy

• A Blanket w/ siblings and mothers scent

• Plush dog toy 

• Cow Hoof 

• Puppy Collar

• Various other puppy related items *

**Depending on market actual items in pack may vary or not be included.​**

 

Boarding + Training

We currently offer boarding + training on a case by case basis. Our puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks*, pick-up will be arranged for the weekend & week that follows after they turn 8 weeks old (Fri-Thurs). After the one week we charge a per/day boarding fee to hold puppies. Details of our boarding and training are listed below.

• Boarding after 8 weeks*: $20/Day + any additional vet visit costs

• Training includes: Potty training, using the bell method, & Kennel training

• If boarding is needed, Pick-up date will be arranged before 8 weeks of age

• Full puppy payment and Boarding fees are due at 8 weeks old. 

**Depending on size of the puppy,  some are required to stay with us longer than 8 weeks.​**
